How to Add a User to Google Search Console

Steps:

  1. Log into Your Google Search Console Account

    Open your browser and go to Google Search Console. Enter your credentials to sign in.

  2. Click on "Settings"

    In the left-hand menu, scroll down and click on "Settings" to access the property settings.

  3. Click on "Users and Permissions"

    Under the Settings menu, select "Users and permissions" to manage user access for your property.

  4. Click on "Add User"

    In the top-right corner, click on "Add user" to open the user invitation form.

  5. Enter the User’s Email Address

    Type the email address of the person you want to add to your Google Search Console property in the provided field.

  6. Choose the User’s Access Level

    Select the desired access level: “Full” for complete access or “Restricted” for view-only access.

  7. Click “Add”

    Click “Add” to send the invitation and grant access to the user.
