How to Add User to Google Business Profile

Steps:

  1. Access Your Google Business Profile Dashboard

    Log in to your Google Business Profile account.

  2. Click the Kebab Menu

    Click the three vertical dots in the top-right corner of your dashboard.

  3. Go to Business Profile Settings

    Select "Business Profile Settings" from the menu list.

  4. Click “People and Access

    ” Navigate to the "People and Access" section.

  5. Click “Add

    ” Then click the "Add" button.

  6. Enter User’s Email

    Type the user's email address in the search bar.

  7. Choose the Level of Access You Want to Grant the User

    Choose the role you want to assign to this person for managing the Business Profile on Search and Maps. You can update the role anytime.

  8. Click Invite

    Send the invite by clicking "Invite."
